Thomas Jefferson stands as one of the greatest Presidents ever to serve America. We call ourselves a Constitutional Republic because men like Jefferson established America on the righteous virtues that all people are created equal and have the right of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Americans may argue and disagree about all sorts of issues but all of us have always agreed that our United States Constitution is the law of this land. Rather than give a detailed bio about Jefferson, it is most important to remember him as one of us, and to deliver his message of real democracy and freedom as opposed to the fake slogans and deceits running rampant among our leaders today.
Thomas Jefferson vehemently denounced the central bank. He stood publicly against Nathan Rothschild and Alexander Hamilton and all others attempting to control America's money. During his Presidency, the First Bank of the United States had a running charter and Jefferson was determined to destroy this bank by allowing the charter to expire.
In London, Nathan Rothschild, the controller behind the Bank of the United States sent Americans a scathing warning: "Either the application for the renewal of the charter is granted, or the United States will find itself involved in a most disastrous war."
Under Jefferson's powerful influence, Congress let the bank charter expire and Rothschild reportedly replied: "Teach these impudent Americans a lesson. Bring them back to Colonial status." Many historians point to this as the reason for the War of 1812.
Jefferson served the people. Today, the reverse is true. Our politicians and our presidents do not protect us from these ravenous wolves, rather participate and even revel in throwing us further to the beasts of private banking. The collapse of 2008 has revealed the truth of Jefferson's warning that if America ever allows itself to be controlled by foreign banks and corporations, we Americans will wake up homeless on the very land our forefathers conquered.
Key Quote: It is incumbent on every generation to pay its own debts as it goes. A principle which if acted on would save one-half the wars of the world.
